Introducing Nulara: Who We Are and Why We Started

How three founders set out to solve the product data challenge

Every company has a story. Ours began with a simple observation: manufacturing companies are drowning in product data, yet they can't access it when it matters most. Spreadsheets scattered across departments, certificates buried in email chains, and crucial sustainability data locked in formats no one can use. We knew there had to be a better way.

The Moment of Clarity

It happened during a conversation with a quality manager at a mid-sized manufacturing company. She spent three days - three full days - manually compiling product data for a single customer audit. Material compositions, supplier certificates, carbon footprint calculations - all pulled from different systems, reformatted by hand, and double-checked for accuracy. And this was just for one product line. We realized that this wasn't a technology problem waiting for a solution. It was a daily reality for thousands of companies.

From Problem to Purpose

We're Bilal, Eray, and Adrian - three founders with backgrounds spanning enterprise software, AI research, and manufacturing operations. We came together because we shared a conviction: the transition to sustainable manufacturing shouldn't be held back by outdated data management. The Digital Product Passport is coming, and companies need tools that make compliance feel like an upgrade, not a burden.

We don't want to just build software. We want to give manufacturing companies back the time they're losing to data chaos - time they can spend on innovation, on sustainability, on what actually matters.

What Makes Us Different

We're not another document management system. We're not a consultant with a spreadsheet template. We build AI agents that actually understand product data - agents that can read a supplier datasheet and know what they're looking at, agents that can connect information across your entire product lifecycle. We believe that intelligent automation should handle the tedious work, so your team can focus on decisions that matter.

Our Core Principles

  • Technology should adapt to how you work, not force you to change
  • AI should enhance human expertise, not replace it
  • Sustainability compliance should be a competitive advantage, not just a checkbox
  • Data quality is the foundation - everything else builds on it
  • We succeed when our customers succeed

Looking Forward

We're at the beginning of our journey, but we're not starting from zero. We've talked to dozens of manufacturing companies, understood their pain points, and built solutions that address real needs. The regulatory landscape is changing fast - ESPR, CSRD, Battery Regulation - and we're here to help companies not just keep up, but get ahead.
